【中文摘要】 本文以450t/h循環(huán)流化床鍋爐為研究對象,建立了燃燒系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學模型,將其應用到某電廠,建立了該廠燃燒系統(tǒng)的仿真模型;分析了燃燒系統(tǒng)的運行特性,以及影響動態(tài)特性的有關因素;同時進行了一系列的仿真試驗:床溫、主蒸汽壓力、爐膛出口煙氣含氧量隨給煤量、一、二次風量、燃燒率的階躍響應,結果證明了模型的正確性。該模型有助于了解循環(huán)流化床鍋爐運行的動態(tài)特性,對大型循環(huán)流化床鍋爐的運行、設計具有一定的指導意義。
【英文摘要】 This paper’s object of study is 450t/h CFB boiler,a mathematical model is developed to study the dynamic behavior of the combustion system, and the factors affecting the dynamic behavior has been discussed, the mathematical simulation model is based on one power plant ,through simulation ,this paper works out follow responses: Material bed temperature responses, main steam pressure responses, flue—gas oxygen concentration responses drop to step changes in fuel feed rate, to step changes in primary air...
